Graduate of a reputable university.
Postgraduates and those with degrees such as C.A., CAIIB, MBA, and others with at least 15 years of experience in a cooperative bank, commercial bank, NABARD/RBI, and at least 8 years in a managerial capacity would be given preference.
General Manager (Information Technology):
Graduate / Post Graduate Or Equivalent In Information Technology From A Recognized University With At Least 8 Years In Co-Op. Bank / Commercial Bank / NABARD / RBI / Financial Institution / IT Sector Those with experience in cyber security, for example, will be given preference.
General Manager’s Assistant:
Graduate of a reputable university.
Postgraduates and those with CAIIB, MBA, and other related degrees will be given preference.
13 years of experience in a cooperative bank, a commercial bank, NABARD, or the Reserve Bank of India, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
General Manager, Deputy:
Graduate of a reputable university.
Postgraduates and those with CAIIB, MBA, and other related degrees will be given preference.
15 years of experience in a cooperative bank, commercial bank, NABARD, or RBI, including at least 6 years in a management position.
Assistant General Manager (Information Technology):
For IT Cadre, a graduate or postgraduate in information technology from a recognised university with 13 years of experience in banking, finance, or IT will be considered.
Managers:
Graduate with a minimum of ten years of experience, eight of which must be in the accounting, banking, or marketing fields. Those with a degree or diploma in finance, cooperation and rural economy, marketing, and other related fields will be given priority.
Managers (Information Technology):
For the IT Cadre, a graduate in IT from a recognised university with at least 10 years of experience in the banking/finance/IT sector will be considered.
Manager’s Assistant:
Graduate with at least 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the accounts/banking/marketing sector, preferably in the cooperative and rural economy.
