Indian Navy Agniveer SSR Recruitment 2025 : Indian Navy has released the official notification for Agniveer (SSR) 02/2025, 01/2026 & 02/2026 batch. Both unmarried male and female candidates can apply online for these posts. The application process will start from 29th March 2025 and will close on 10th April 2025.
The recruitment will be conducted in two stages – Stage I (INET Exam) and Stage II (PFT, Written Exam & Medical Test). Selected candidates will undergo training at INS Chilka.

Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have passed:
- 10+2 with Mathematics & Physics (with at least 50% marks) OR
- Three-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/IT/CS/Instrumentation) OR
- Two-year Vocational Course with Physics and Math
Candidates appearing for Class 12 in 2024–25 can also apply but must submit original marksheet at later stages.
Age Limit:
- 02/2025 Batch: Born between 01 Sep 2004 to 29 Feb 2008
- 01/2026 Batch: 01 Feb 2005 to 31 Jul 2008
- 02/2026 Batch: 01 Jul 2005 to 31 Dec 2008
Only unmarried candidates can apply. Agniveers cannot marry during their 4-year service.
Indian Navy Agniveer SSR Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Stage I: INET (Online Exam)
- Computer-based exam of 100 questions
- Subjects: English, Science, Mathematics, General Awareness
- Duration: 1 hour
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Language: Hindi & English
Stage II:
Only those who qualify INET will proceed.
