Job details
• Name of posts : Chairperson for Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum ( CGRF )
Education Qualifications
• The candidate must be ( I ) a retired district judge/senior judicial officer, ( ii ) a retired civil servant not below the rank of Collector, or ( iii ) a retired Electrical Engineer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent and have at least twenty ( 20 ) years of experience with adequate knowledge of the power sector. It will be preferred if you have prior experience in consumer affairs. The candidate should preferably have a working grasp of Gujarati, the state’s vernacular language.
Job Description
• The Chairperson will have general supervision and control over the Forum. The airperson must ensure that the Forum follows GERC requirements.
Remuneration
• The remuneration shall be Rs . 5000 / – per sitting along with to and fro transportation facility .
Age limit
• Below 65 years
