UGC NET June 2025 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notification for UGC NET June 2025. This examination determines the eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor, and PhD Admission in Indian universities and colleges. The online application process has started from 16 April 2025, and the last date to apply online is 7 May 2025. The UGC NET June 2025 Exam will be held from 21 June to 30 June 2025 in Computer-Based Test mode.

This exam is conducted for Indian nationals in various subjects to assess their eligibility for teaching and research positions. The exam will be held in multiple shifts and cities across India.

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/Third Gender).
• Final year PG students can also apply provisionally.

Age Limit (as on 01.06.2025):

• For JRF: Maximum 30 Years (Relaxation: OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD/Women – 5 years, LLM – 3 years, Armed Forces – 5 years)
• For Assistant Professor/PhD Admission: No upper age limit
